Grand Central's Customer Service Desk is located on Level 2 near Australian Geographic and is open during the Centre's core trading hours. Here you can:

Hire wheel Chairs, motorise scooters, prams and kiddy cruisers
Buy gift vouchers
Lost property register
Bus timetable information
Any general enquiries

Parent's Room

For parents or minders shopping with children, our parents rooms are located both Level 1 and Level 2 of the Centre.

Justice of the Peace

Our Justice of the Peace service is available Thursday 3.00pm -7.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - 11.00am, located in the services mall on level 2, outside Medicare.

Wheelchair, Motorised Scooter, Pram and Stroller Hire

We offer FREE hire of wheelchairs, prams, strollers and a motorised scooter. To book any equipment, please phone the Customer Service Desk on 1800 638 855. Bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance.
