Customer Service Desk
Grand Central's Customer Service Desk is located on Level 2 near Australian Geographic and is open during the Centre's core trading hours.
Here you can find information regarding Grand Central's retailers and events plus hire wheelchairs, motorised scooters, prams or kiddy cruisers, buy gift vouchers, lost and found property register, bus timetable information and any other general enquiries. Parent's Room
For parents or minders shopping with children, our parent's rooms are located on both level 1 and level 2 of the Centre.
The services of a St. Vincent's Hospital Midwife/Lactation Consultant are available free of charge Wednesday to Saturday, from 10.00am - 2.00pm in the Parent's Room Level 2.
Gift Vouchers
The perfect gift is choice! Personalised Grand Central Gift Certificates are available from our Customer Service Desk and they can be purchased in any denomination above $20.00. They may be redeemed at any specialty retail store at Grand Central and are valid for 12 months from date of issue. EFTPOS and Credit Card facilities are available.
N.B Myer, Coles and Target do not accept Centre gift vouchers
Motorised Scooter, Wheelchair and Pram Hire
If you require a wheelchair, pram or a motorised scooter, then let us help you. We offer free hire of wheelchairs and a motorised scooter to make your stay here a relaxed and comfortable one. Prams and Strollers are also available for your shopping convenience at no charge. To book any of this equipment, please phone the Customer Service Desk on 1800 638 855. For your convenience, bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance. Upon arrival in the centre, simply visit the Customer Service Desk and provide proof of identity to collect your wheelchair, motorised scooter, pram or stroller.
