Time to eat

So you’ve decided to go out to eat? Well, that’s the easy part done. Next question: where to go? Sometimes it’s simple: the kids have a favourite; there’s a new place you want to try; or someone else has made the booking! But if you’re having trouble deciding, here’s the Grand Central top tip – start with your cuisine of choice and take it from there.

Feel like Mod Oz?

If an old-fashioned juicy burger is your thing, grab the kids and bond over burgers at Betty’s Burgers. If you need somewhere quieter for avo-smash and coffee, try the all-day breakfast delights at The Coffee Emporium; or if you’re in need of some serious chat, head to Max Brenner for an indulgent chocolatey treat.

Asian sounding good?

You’ve come to the right place. You can get all the authentic noodle-goodness from the Noodle Hut, enjoy sharing copious amounts of steamed dumplings and BBQ pork buns at Yum Cha Cuisine, savour modern Thai Classics at Chong Co, or enjoy family fun at the food train at Sushi Machi. And don’t forget to try out the flavours at Malaysia at our newest restaurant, PappaRich, with some of the best Roti bread you can imagine.

How about European?

If you have a group thing going on, think Italian – fresh pasta and pizza at Vapiano are made for sharing; or hit the fast-paced Rozzi’s Italian Canteen and grab a coffee as well.
If your appetite is calling, nothing satisfies like a German pork knuckle platter or sausage tasting platter at The Bavarian, or a range of perfectly pan-cooked schnitzel with the family at Schnitz

Mexican more your thing?

Holding its own weight in its own category, is the much-loved Guyzman Y Gomez, perfect for family time, a quick bite on the fly, or if it’s a friends-meeting-up thing grab a margarita and settle in.

Still wondering where to go? Just come on in and have a wander. You’ll be spoilt for choice.
