Customer Service Desk
Our Customer Service Desk is located on Level Two, near Australian Geographic and is open every day for your convenience.
The Customer Service Desk can assist you with:
- Information regarding Grand Central's retailers and events
- Hire wheelchairs and motorised scooter
- Buy gift vouchers
- Lost property register
- Bus timetable information
- Any general enquiries

Parent's RoomFor parents or minders shopping with children, our parents rooms are located on both Level 1 and Level 2 of the Centre. The Parent’s rooms are fitted with a microwave oven, change tables, parent and child toilets and private feeding area.
Justice Of The Peace
Our Justice of the Peace service is available Thursday 3.00pm to 7.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 11.00am, located in the services mall on level 2, outside Medibank Private.
Wheelchair and Motorised Scooter Hire
We offer FREE hire of wheelchairs and a motorised scooter. To book any equipment, please phone the Customer Service Desk on (07) 4639 1378. Bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance. Upon arrival at the Centre, visit the Customer Service Desk and provide proof of identity to collect your scooter or wheelchair.
Disable Restrooms and Access
Disabled car spots are provided at all of the Centre’s main car park entrances. Lifts and travelators are located throughout the Shopping Centre to assist you with your movement between levels. Restrooms are conveniently located on the level 1 toilet corridor.
Lost and Found Property
All lost property is delivered to the Customer Service Desk. Please contact us if you have misplaced an item or come across a stray item while shopping.
